Convenient Location and Spacious Room 🌟

This place is so close to the subway station, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there's a really great fish restaurant nearby. the room they gave me was massive and had everything I needed.

The setting is great, it's just off the metro station which is excellent with a free basement car park and Atlantis/Dubai Marina/Mall of Emirates/Miracle Garden. The room is reasonably priced.

The room was incredibly comfortable, equipped with a microwave, kitchen, and a sofa, providing great value for money. the hotel's central location is stunning, with close proximity to popular tourist destinations like MoE, Sharaf DG metro station, and a free parking lot.

The stay for business trip certainly was very good value for money. It was clean with very efficient staff like the receptionist. The location was strategic, 16 miles to Dubai Creek SPB airport, perfectly reachable. The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a downtown area...

Its location and price. Very near to Metro station. Free Wifi.

Room service, staff, cleanliness, entrance not friendly for straller. Kitchen facilities. They upgraded mu room from studio to one bed but that one bed room was having broken shower in wash room, drainage problem with washing machine (water came out to floor), broken chair, room service staff ringing bells so quickly and early. no tag for do not disturb or clean the room, wash room was never cleaned properly.

This venue offers convenience and has incredibly helpful staff, especially the receptionist.

I like the location

No commitment from the hotel. I have did my booking through Booked.net but when i reach there they said no booking available if you want you should pay more. I show the the confirmation and still same. they charge me double price and gave me room without TV.

Location near to Sharaf DG Metro Station and 1 metro stop away from Mall of the Emirates. Very clean and spacious hotel apartment. Value for money

This place has a central location right on the main metro line.

Location, just opposit the Sharaf DG Metro station, near the Emirates Mall and not so far from the Dubai Marina. Easy to grab a taxi too. The apartments are fairly clean and new and the two-bedroom apartment was good for a family of five (the youngest one slept with his two brothers in two beds, side by side). Staff was friendly. Nice to have a free Wi-fi and lots of TV channels.

There were only small things that I didn´t like and I would still recommend this Hotel. There was not much of electronical equipment in the kitchen. There was no toaster and no kettle f.ex. There were none cloths to wash the tables, no dish washer brush or a soap. The cleaners did not always fill up the missing towels and sometimes the cleaning was done in the late afternoon when we were arriving from our day trips. The noise from the traffic could annoy some people but we slept fine. We stayed for 10 nights and some days we were wishing that the swimming pool and other facilities would be ready, but we knew before hand that we wouldn´t be able to use it.
